In the press room, after the second away victory in this championship, mister Tabbiani comments on Catania's performance and momentum: "Today we looked for the ball in the game right from the start and we kept it throughout the match, we weren't very fast in some situations but it is also true that Brindisi was good at sliding quickly with the midfielders, then the spaces widened and already in the last 10' of the first half it seemed we were taking more of the field; in the second half we created those situations that we couldn't create in the first. We were patient but we need to improve in possession and in the speed of some things. We need to get rid of some worries, after the goal it seems that exactly this happened. We often find teams closed and it's not easy, we were balanced because we didn't lose distance and we didn't allow dangerous restarts. Overall I'm happy for the boys. Last Sunday we left mentally battered, we regrouped and already after Monterosi I had noticed many positive things, on Sunday against Avellino we didn't see them even if the match took a certain turn so everything seemed to be written. Today we rejoice and think about the next match and then return to our stadium, to have more credibility from our fans who have always helped us and if they see that we are starting to get going in many aspects they can be the extra weapon that can give us a hand. We expected this type of match, we were looking for crosses, we knew that Brindisi would be waiting for us and would try to restart. In the first half we didn't attack the goal very well. I have to thank the club because in today's fast-paced football, trusting me after Sunday was not a given: it fills me with pride and I am happy to know that I can work with people like that, I will never be able to make the excuse of not having been able to work well with this company. I'm happy for the boys, the match wasn't easy mentally: they wanted to collect these three points and we gave the impression of being very level, this must be the beginning. I am very happy about many things, I know very well that the championship travels really fast, now we have the serenity of being able to go into retreat for three days until Sunday's match and we have the opportunity to give continuity and to show that we have taken a path that it can take us I don't know where but, certainly, to a better position than the one we are in."
